Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.

In the State of Massachusetts by law and by ethical boundaries of a Massage Therapist are require to use draping of sheets and blankets during Massages. If there is a request of removal of the sheets and blanket from the entire body will be declined as for it goes against ethical boundaries and state law. The only time that this can be an exception to the rule is if the client is full dressed. If the therapist has to repeat themselves of the draping policies then the therapist has to right to stop the session immediately, refusal of any and all services in the future as well as you will be charged full service fee regardless of the length of your session that was left after the services ended.

While Booking

If you are looking for the add - on, by adding a add - on to your session. After picking time and date of your appointment, the software will then ask if you like to add on to your session. If do not wish to add a extra feature to your session then just click skip and book your appointment!

1st time Clients will need to pay 50% of the appointment rate at the time of booking the appointment. This fee is an non refundable if the appointment isn't canceled within the 24 hours cancelation policy.

Please, understand that when you don't make it to your appointment without calling or give us enough time to fill that spot that is a time that we can't not get back.

NO SHOW/ NO CALL Policies......

You are 100% reliable for full rate of the session that is missed. To rebook you will need to prepaid for session within 48 hours prior to your appointment or your session will be cancelled due to no show/no call to hold that session. Please remember that if you don't show up for your appointment and do not allow your therapist to know that they are not getting paid for the session time. If you give your therapist time they maybe able to fill that spot.

Health Insurance and Health Debit Cards

We don't accept Health Insurance however we do accept FSA Health Debit Cards.

If you prepaid for your session with a FSA Health Debit Card, Please don't tip on the card. The transaction will be declined due to the tip. Tip can be done in office at the time of the appointment if you like to leave a tip.

Please remember Tips are welcomed but not required for your appointment. Doesn't matter if you tip or not, you will be treated and will be giving 110% of the therapist's best during your Massage Session.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hours Policy

Late Cancellation - 50% of the Rate

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we do ask for a 24 hours' notice.

Depending on circumstances first time maybe waived. After we will require a credit card to hold any future appointments.

We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations.

We will do our best to give advanced notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and we ask you to do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Late Cancellation - 50% of the Rate

If you call 3 hours before of your appointment, you will be responsible for 50% of the service rate unless we can fill the appointment time. After 3 hours and the appointment time can't be filled, you will be responsible for full rate of the session.

This can be waived under special circumstances that will be determining by the owner.

Due to COVID -19 we ask to call to reschedule your appointment immediately if you don't feel well or have any COVID-19 symptoms. If a client is a no show / no call then full rate will be asked before making the next appointment.

Special Circumstance will be determined by the owner.

Masks are optional.

No Show/No Call - 100% of the Rate

If you miss your appointment and do not call before the appointment time, you will be responsible for that service at full rate. This policy doesn't fall under the late cancellation policy which means if a deposit of 50% if the rate will not be refunded and an invoice will be process for the full amount of the session. Example: 1 hour massage cost $100

Invoice for missed appointment of No Show No Call: Invoice of $50 will be sent to you.

Late Arrival Policy

No Show/No Call - 100% of the Rate

We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions your therapist may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly

Forms

Intake forms are emailed once you make your first appointment.

Filling out the forms will save time during the intake process.

5 Minutes are set aside for a proper intake which will go over any medical questions, what brings you in, & what you will expected from the session. This will allow the therapist to plan out the session and make recommendations that may be needed.

If the appointment is made for a minor the parent or guardian needs to fill it out and sign their name to the intake form giving permission for the massage session. Please look at the waiver when you receive the email of intake form.

ADDITONAL FORMS THAT MAYBE REQUIRED FROM YOUR DOCTOR:

First Trimester & High Risk

If you are high risk or in your first trimester a doctor will need to submit a note clearing, you for massage therapy. This note will need to state any areas that may need to be avoided due to the risk of pregnancy.

Post - Prenatal Massages

Have a doctor note if you are looking to get a massage within days after having a baby. This will ensure that you are safe to receive massages.

Post - Surgeries

If you have gotten surgery within the past 6 to 8 weeks, please have a doctor's note to clear you for massages & if there any areas that would needed to avoided / how long/muscles that needed to be worked on.
