We’re charting an inspired six-phase journey that reflects our commitment to holistic healing, growth, and expansion — with goals projected through Fall 2030:
- Founding & Foundation: Establishing Knot Be Gone and securing a VA Hospital contract to serve Community Care patients through therapeutic massage.
- Expansion of Care: Deepening our impact by continuing specialized care and cultivating trust within the community.
- Rebranding & Renewal: Transitioning into Your-Self Holistic Center — where massage meets coaching, chakra blends, and holistic products designed to support full-spectrum healing.
- Growth & Team Building (Summer 2027): Launching a new location with a multidisciplinary team offering massage, coaching, fitness, and nutritional support — treating the whole person.
- Multi-Site Vision (Winter 2029): Expanding into multiple locations to reach more communities with integrative wellness modalities.
- Franchise Horizons (Fall 2030): Laying the foundation for national and international franchising, bringing holistic healing to even more individuals across the globe.

Phase 1 & 2:
Knot Be Gone Therapeutic Massage was born from a passion for healing touch and quickly earned a meaningful contract with the VA Hospital, offering Massage Therapy to Community Care Patients — a foundational step in delivering compassionate care.
Phase 3 – Present:
We are now stepping into an exciting rebranding phase, where Knot Be Gone evolves into Your-Self Holistic Center. This expanded vision integrates coaching alongside massage, introduces specialty products like Balancing Chakra Blends, and soon, Homemade Lip Balms — all designed to nurture the whole person.
Phase 4 – Summer 2027:
A new location is projected to open, with a growing team of practitioners. The center will offer an even broader scope of holistic modalities — from massage therapy and intuitive coaching to fitness, nutritional support, and beyond.
Phase 5 – Winter 2029:
With deep roots and expanded branches, we aim to cultivate multiple locations that bring whole-person care into more communities.
Phase 6 – Fall 2030 and Beyond:
We're dreaming big: a franchise model that allows Your-Self Holistic Center to blossom across the U.S., and potentially, the globe — spreading the vision of balanced healing and integrated wellness far and wide.
